CDP Marketing Automation ("we", "our", or "us") provides a Customer Data Platform and marketing automation service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (email, name, password); contact and audience data you import or create (subscriber emails, names, custom fields, tags); newsletter content and campaign settings; and API usage when you integrate with our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform: deliver email campaigns via AWS SES, store and manage contacts and segments, provide analytics on opens and clicks, process tracking pixels and links, and support your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular backups. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
4. Third-Party Services
We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) for infrastructure and Amazon SES for email delivery. These providers process data according to their privacy policies. We recommend reviewing AWS privacy practices.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences. Our email tracking uses pixels and links to measure opens and clicks. Recipients of your campaigns may have tracking applied based on your settings.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account and data. Export your contact lists and request account deletion at any time. If you operate in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove data within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.
